      Phil Bentivegna is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor who specializes in   demolition and replacement of old  plaster walls and ceilings, plaster and drywall repair, and interior painting. 

    At five years of age he learned to paint.  In 1977 he was trained in  drywall  and finishing.  Since then he has worked with various contractors and now runs his own business. 

      What  My Being Licensed, Bonded and Insured Means  for You

     Consumers can call the Department of Consumer Affairs  to find out if a contractor has had any registered violations or complaints.   One can also register a complaint about any contractor by calling 311.

      By being  Bonded, a consumer has the peace of mind that in the event that a contractor does not honor his contract or worse, they would be compensated by the DCA.  The contractor in question would naturally be held accountable and would risk losing his license, or more. 

        As for a "Seal of Approval Rating",  my satisfied  customers are my seal of approval,  and some are also willing to be references.
